These terms apply to your use of giancarlocontracting.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them.
Ownership of content
The Site and everything on it, including text, photographs, the Giancarlo Contracting name and logo, graphics and design, are owned by or licensed to Giancarlo Contracting and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. All rights are reserved.
You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as considering our services. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, frame, scrape or otherwise use any part of the Site, including our project photos, for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
"Giancarlo Contracting" and the Giancarlo Contracting logo are trademarks of Giancarlo Contracting. They may not be used in connection with any other business, product or service, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion.
Quotes and services
Information on the Site about our services is general and may change without notice. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time, and becomes binding only when confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties. Each project is governed by its own written agreement, which takes priority over anything on the Site.
Photos on the Site show past work for illustration. Results vary with surface conditions, materials and the scope agreed for each project.
No warranties
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Giancarlo Contracting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Third-party content and links
The Site uses third-party services, such as OpenStreetMap for the service-area map, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites or services.
Accessibility

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to the Site will be heard by the courts of Ontario.
