Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address or postal code, project details, preferred contact method and any photo you upload.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

In line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we will not send you promotional emails or texts unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend. These services may store and process submissions on servers outside Canada. We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them.

Maps

The service-area map on our home page is provided by OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser requests map images from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of that request. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for how they handle this information.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand overall site traffic. These tools do not use advertising cookies or identify you personally.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you've sent us at any time. Contact s.giancarlo@dal.ca or call 902-804-7843.
